Privacy policy
How we handle your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Launched (launched.ph) is operated by Kaizen Brands LLC, the personal information controller for the data described here.
Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer is Paul John Chamberlain. Contact paul@launched.ph for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
When you buy a .ph name: your business name, your full name, street address, city, province, postal code, email and mobile number. When you make an account: your email and a password, which we store only as a hash. Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number. We also record which pages are visited and which steps of a purchase are reached, without names, emails, phone numbers or the business name you type, and error reports with personal details removed.
Why we use it
To register your .ph name in your name, take payment, send you emails about your order and your name, keep your account secure, and improve Launched.
dotPH and WHOIS
To register a .ph name, we must send the registrant details to dotPH, the .ph registry. dotPH and its WHOIS service can show those details to the public. dotPH and WHOIS keep registrant data after we delete ours, and we cannot delete it from their records.
Data stored outside the Philippines
Our service providers store and process your data outside the Philippines, mainly in the United States: Convex (database), Vercel (website), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error reports), PostHog and Google Analytics (usage measurement). Each one processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your account or your .ph name is active, and payment records for as long as tax and payment rules require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to have it corrected or deleted, to data portability, and to damages. Email paul@launched.ph to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
