The terms for buying and keeping a .ph name with Launched. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Launched (launched.ph) is operated by Kaizen Brands LLC. By paying for a .ph name you agree to these terms.
Your .ph name
We register your .ph name with dotPH, the .ph registry, for one year, with your business as the registrant. You agree to dotPH’s registration policies, and you confirm that the details you give us are true and complete. Wrong details can delay or stop a registration.
Prices and payment
Setup is ₱2,999 and includes the first year. Renewal is ₱3,299 a year from year two. Prices are in Philippine pesos. You pay by card through Stripe; we never see your card number.
Refunds
The ₱2,999 setup is non-refundable once your .ph name is registered. If we cannot register the name you paid for, we refund the full amount to your card.
Renewal and expiry
Your name is registered for one year at a time. If it is not renewed before it expires, the registry can delete it, and someone else can then register it.
Acceptable use
Do not use a .ph name from Launched for phishing, fraud, impersonating a brand, bank or person, or anything illegal in the Philippines. We refuse names that copy a protected brand or bank, and we can put a name on hold while we look into abuse.
Card disputes
If a payment is disputed with your card issuer, the name is put on hold until the dispute is settled.
Our liability
We work hard to keep Launched running, but we cannot promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect payments made before them.
